Avoid in-app browsers when accessing our site

How to fix the "no resumable session found" error that appears when accessing epicbet.com through Facebook's in-app browser instead of a standard browser.

Written by Vetle

If you see the message "no resumable session found" when trying to log in, it is likely because you are opening epicbet.com inside the Facebook app's built-in browser rather than your device's regular browser (such as Chrome or Safari).

In-app browsers (from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other apps) behave differently from standard browsers and may not handle session cookies correctly, which causes this error even if your account is in good standing. For the best experience on our site, we always recommend using a dedicated browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

How to fix it

You need to open the site in your device's default browser instead. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Open in external browser directly

  1. When the page is open in the Facebook in-app browser, tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select "Open in external browser" or a similar option.

  3. The site will reopen in your default browser — try logging in from there.

Option 2: Change your Facebook app settings

  1. Open the Facebook app and go to Settings.

  2. Find the option to open links in an external browser by default.

  3. Enable it so that all links from Facebook open in your device's browser automatically.

Once you are using a standard browser, clearing your cookies and cache before logging in is also recommended.
